A commercial customer in CF3 Llanrumney rang City Locksmiths Cardiff on 07595 431870 as they had a commercial sashlock which had failed when they tried to lock up for the day. As it was an emergency we attended but unfortunately the lock was not repairable. Thankfully, we were able to carry out a temporary repair to get the customer locked up for the night. Whilst on site we ordered a replacement part on our Express Delivery Line to ensure a quick turnaround the next day.
The replacement part arrived by 9am the next morning and we attended by midday. On arrival we removed the old sashlock and in the process it completely fell to bits – it was definitely a good idea to ensure the part was ready to be replaced! We delivered expert lock installation services by replacing the cylinder with a TS007 1 Star Snapsafe Cylinder, alongside supplying 3 keys, to ensure a smooth operating system for the customer and provide peace of mind that their business was secure once again.
