A commercial customer in CF23 Cardiff today rang City Locksmiths as their main front door would not lock and required a lock repair. On investigation, we found out why. The lock had completely fallen apart inside the door, as you can see in the pictures below. To complete the repair, we supplied and fitted a new mpl gearbox, re-assembled the lock and then fully tested it for the customer.
