A local nursery in CF5, Ely rang City Locksmiths Cardiff as they had an emergency situation on their main front door that they needed rectified as a matter of urgency. The mortice sash lock was faulty which was preventing them from locking the door correctly. Due to children being inside they required a functioning door which can be locked at all times so helping them was a priority.

We supplied and fitted a new BS3621 Union mortice sash lock and provided extra ? keys for all of the staff. Job done quickly and crisis averted!
