A commercial customer in Penarth, CF64, contacted City Locksmiths as one of their clients was struggling to unlock their communal toilet door. We arrived the same morning and found the lock and handle set-up was very worn out. After dismantling the old parts we supplied and fitted a new oval sash lock case, new handles and a new oval thumb turn cylinder that complies with Fire Regulations.
