A customer in Caerphilly CF83 rang City Locksmiths Cardiff this morning as they couldn’t open their uPVC door. We attended the property in 30 minutes and gained entry with no damage to the door.
On inspection of the locking mechanism, we found the spindle assembly had broken and we could not complete any uPVC lock repairs, so instead we supplied and fitted a new multipoint mechanism and also upgraded the customer’s cylinder to a snapsafe cylinder with 5 keys.
